I have been taking magnesium for my migraines for years now. It has not been a miracle cure, but it does seem to help somewhat, as I am definitely more off and have more migraines when I do not take it. I have taken many different brands and have done A LOT Of research on different formulations. I decided to try this product for two reasons: 1) magnesium malate in particular is supposed to be beneficial for increased energy, and 2) this product was a great deal, offering TWO bottles of 180 pills EACH for less of the price of other products.<br /><br />I take two of these with breakfast every morning, which I have been doing for about a month now. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed any increase in energy, so I haven't derived that benefit. However, my migraines have definitely been improved during this time frame. This may well be due to other factors, as my migraines do tend to fluctuate. But since I am tolerating this product well, it is helping to keep me regular, and it is very affordable, I will continue to use. Right now I give it a rating of 4 1/2 stars, and I would recommend it.
