I have been taking these for years and my bloodwork shows consistently good vitamin levels, expect for Vitamin D. Perhaps there's not enough of it in this pill, but other factors like sunshine are involved. I take a vegan D3 on the side, and now all my levels are perfect. I will continue to take this one as long as its available.
I like them. They are large but I dont have a problem swollowing them. Just advance notice so you don’t freak out.... they turn your urine neon yellow (looks like yellow gatorade). It doesn’t bother me and the first time I saw it I immediately put together what was going on but I didn’t want anyone to experience that and get scared. Many vitamins, supplements and medications do that.
I love these !!<br />These were the most complete vitamins for vegans that I have found -- they have most of the supplemental vitamins you need all in one pill!<br />I just take one every day and am able to get an adequate amount of a long list of vitamins.<br />Other multivitamins I considered were not as complete as this. I am happy I was able to find a multivitamin that had so many different nutritional needs in it.<br />I have since reordered and plan to use these for as long as I stay vegan!<br />This is also great for vegetarians!<br />You simply take one pill a day.<br />They pills are normal size, green color (goes with the vegan theme), and easy to swallow!<br />I have not experienced any bad taste or after taste from them which is one of my worst pet peeves when it comes to medicine.<br />Easy to swallow and all around convenient, highly recommend!
I've been vegan 2 years now. I have a hx of anemia and can't usually take iron pills bc they make my nauseated. I have no issues with the vitamins, though, and my yearly blood panel came back clear!
