I have a double MTHFR mutation. I do not turn folic acid into what your body needs folate. This product gives you the folate you need, if you have this issue. The issue causes me to have anxiety and depression. On day two of taking this vitamin I felt happier. And I have felt that every day since. Until.. I ran out. 3 days without and I noticed immediately. I need this, I cannot tell you how or why it works, but I'm a skeptic and was sure it was not going to help. This is not a placebo effect, I feel great! Happier, more ambitious and more energy! It costs more than I'd like, but worth every penny!

I bought it to speed up my recovery from serious illness. what I noticed that after taking 2 pills like it is recommended, I was "buzzing" and couldn't fall asleep. Next day I took only half a pill and developed anxiety and a chest pain. Even though one person wrote a review that this product gives energy, I will recommend to try smaller dose and not 2 pills right away. I dont know if there something not disclosed on the label, like green tee or guarana, or I am just sensitive to folate amount, this product doesnt work for me. I never felt the same way from any other vitamins. At the same time I love Folapro from Metagenics, it gives you energy and good mood without buzzing and sleeplessness.

Photos should 60 capsules and serving size of 2 tablets, for 30 servings. When I received the product, it is actually 3 capsules per serving for a 20 day supply. The changes the value significantly.

As I do with any product of this nature, after receiving I went to the Metagenics website to verify authenticity. Entered Lot # & it says it can’t be verified & there no matching Lot # so I’ll be returning this! Watch out for fraudulent pills people!
