This products ingredients have changed for the worse. It is full of garbage additives and less percentage of magnesium. I took the original version for many years. But, I will not take this. GNC is suppose to promote health. They must have found a cheaper manufacturer. I'm moving on from GNC!

These are the best absorbable Magnesium supplements I’ve ever tried.
A great supplement for joint pain or nervous legs. I used for nervous legs. Drove me crazy and then started using this and gradually got better! Yay I can finally get a good nights sleep! Highly recommend!
