I originally started taking this for nail fungus after my first pedicure over 15 years ago. Cleared it up in a few days which is amazing considering the drug that my doctor would have prescribed for the same thing required monitoring of my liver and would have taken approximately 6 months. I stopped the professional pedicures and kept taking the PB8.

Since they won't post my review on Puritan's Pride I'm going to post it on here.<br />I ordered a year supply of these from PP in 2017.<br />They work but TOO well. I was sick on a daily basis until I stopped taking them in Feb 2018. I was pooping an average of 4x a day and sometimes as much as 6x in one day. Mind you it wasn't always solid or comfortable and was often at the worst possible times. Several embarrassing situations occurred before I started to question why I was sick all the time. The answer was these. Two weeks after I stopped taking these (daily with breakfast with my other regular vitamins and minerals) the pooping too much issues completely stopped. Take these at your own risk and probably not every day. I'd say once or twice a week at most if you're having trouble going. I wish I had never ordered them to be honest they were nothing but trouble for me.

I have been taking these for years and these ones upset me stomach and bloated me. Not sure why. They also came in a different package then how I buy them at the vitamin store.
