Sweet dreams!
Sometimes with the stress of the world you lay awake at night wondering what to do next, well that's alright as long as you don't do this often, after awhile it takes a toll on you. My husband got a new job and he's suppose to turn this shop around. But as you know, your only as good as the people around you. Life was taking a toll on my husband, working 14+ hours a day he came home and couldn't sleep then did it all over again too many nights. I started giving him Melatonin that I had because of my meds I don't sleep all that well... They put my husband to sleep at his will, (they didn't knock him out or anything) and he slept like a baby all night. Now he takes them every night. They are great, they don't knock you out but once you wanna go to sleep and lay your head down you don't have to count sheep for hours. You wake up in the morning feeling so much better then if you didn't have to wake up because you didn't sleep. Now the stress can try to tackle you during the day but when you get a good night's sleep, it's much harder then if you didn't sleep.
