As far as the Vitamins themselves they are great, However the quality control is very poor it seems. The first bottle I bought was great with no issues, The second bottle when opened had a horrible fish smell. Two capsules were broken inside. The rest of the capsules not only had the bad smell, but when you handled one to take, the smell got on the hands. And it was hard to get rid of the Odor. I wound up just tossing these things. I've taken Fish Oil tablets for years and never once had this problem. Other reviews here state the same thing.

It's not easy to find a multivitamin in liquid form encapsulated. I'm not sure why though, liquid is a superior form if you're going to be taking vitamins, but if you just buy it in a bottle it deteriorates pretty quickly after it's been opened. So finding something like this fixes that issue... it is a pretty nice find.

I have ordered this product for years and since they have been coming in the mailbox I can't take it because of the fish's taste and smell. If I can't get them at door I will have to quit getting them I have several bottles here I can not take. Thank You

I love that this multivitamin includes the omega and some healthy greens too.
