Capsules were not the usual cream color- they had a pink look. I was afraid to use them. I will never buy them this way again. I was told they were probably stored too long or improperly.

Anxiety and panic relief

Sam-E not for everybody type

This seemed to help me very well at first and then I felt severely depressed after a few weeks. I believe the SAM-e in this was not meant for my body type. So just be careful and know sam-e is not fore everyone.. wish she would have tried me with the one without sam-e at first.
