This magnesium worked so much better than a different brand in the same dose! My son has a sensory processing disorder and needs the magnesium to reduce anxiety caused by this disorder. This magnesium reduce his anxiety and increased his ability to focus 200%! We had moderate Success With A different brand of magnesium but I was forced to order this one when that one was out of stock. I won't go back to the other brand. This one is much better!

It's a thin cloudy white colored liquid. It has a good amount of magnesium in it, which I was looking for because I like to take vitamin D separate because I require a larger dose than usual, and most include it. I take this for nerve and intestinal issues, and it seems to be helping with that.<br /><br />The taste: Oh yuck. It's bad and I can usually take all vitamin and pharmaceutical tastes. That said, I did get used to it by the 3rd time. So if you think you can get used to the taste this is a descent supplement.<br /><br />UPDATE: Ok, so I actually like the taste, now. Weird. I think it was just strong, but seriously after about 3-4 doses, I had no problem with the taste, and thought it was pretty good. It's been a really good supplement, too, so if you were doubtful of the taste, just go for it, you will get used to it, and reap the benefits of the stuff.

Trace Minerals liquid magnesium citrus flavored supplement is better than I expected. The price wasn't bad, the texture and consistency is smooth, and the flavor is great! I take it straight without mixing with water or juice, and it's fine. I actually like the flavor.

My son gets horrible growing pain and joint pain from Lyme disease. But this magnesium takes care of it 9 times out of 10. Good product, effective. And tastes great!
