Started to use this product three months ago so I can give it a fair review. It has improved a lot my immune system to the point that I stopped taking Allegra and using a nasal spray every day. It's also reduced considerably anxiety. Definitely recommend it.

This is the perfect way to add a magnesium supplement to my diet. Since everyone recommended I use juice, I decided to sprinkle it on my kiwi in the morning. This way it does not get diluted in any way and the kiwi helps combat the slight bitter taste if it were to be taken on its on with water. I split up the pack and use half on my kiwi in the morning and half around 3 pm for a snack. I really think it's a pure magnesium source for my diet and I will be buying again. Please know the flavor is awful, as told by my mother; however, she's the happiest I've seen her in years. My mother drinks this everyday, and we have seen wonderful results in her health. She has so much energy and is overall doing better, healthwise. I 100% reccomend it!
