Magnesium is great for muscle tightness and this product helps relax those muscles. Grate to rub o your feet at the end of the day.

Too oily! Container seemed to have a slight leak. Much better magnesium products out there.
Oily. You may solve one issue, but gain another. This product leaves you with an oily residue, that is very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this product.
My husband has constant shoulder pain and is due to have surgery soon. This product helps dull the pain so he can sleep. I use it for my hip during bouts of bursitis. We discovered this product at our acupuncturist's office and have been very pleased with the relief we get.
