Highly recommend it!

So many reviews on size and bad taste. Your children are getting top quality vitamin, pure ingredients, and the size is not that big AT ALL. If you are used to giving sugar covered "vitamins" to your kids, yes they might complain because they are waiting for their cube of sugar to kick in. I highly recommend this vitamin to anyone who cares for excellent quality ingredients and something that actually works. As soon as it built up in your child's system, you will see a dramatic difference in their behavior and health. Have been purchasing it for the past 5 years, give it to all my kids daily, will never switch brands because it WORKS!!

not bad... great ingredients

this product isn't bad at all, and I love that it's whole food, includes lemon balm and l-theanine, safe for kids. I couldn't give it a 5 because I really couldn't see that much difference for my 7 year old daughter with ADHD and high functioning autism. I feel I need to find a mix that will give more milligrams of certain b's, (not B-12) and zinc, and magnesium. This is a good product and would probably work perfectly for a mild case of fidgeting and not completing tasks. I thought about giving double the dose to see if it would be more affective... but haven't done that. We're trying another product that has what I want in it. I do however hope they keep making this product. It could be just the thing some kids need in order to avoid mom and dad having to jump on the ritalin and adderal bandwagon unnecessarily. :-)

Works well, and contains Bacopa, which is excellent for increasing focus and concentration

This works pretty well for my autistic daughter, it calms her down and allows her to focus. The ingredient which allows her to focus is the Bacopa herb in this product. I have tried this vitamin myself, and you can definitely feel the effects associated with Bacopa when taking this: more focus, calming, sharper memory, words come to your mind easily, and deeper sleep at night.

I crush each pill and give it to my daughter with Ghee, which is how you are supposed to consume Bacopa. The B-12 is also needed for methylation, and Folic Acid helps prevent B-12 from making children hyper or anxious.

Didn't get my last order!

I've ordered this product 14 times, so I've been using it and pleased with it except it's difficult to swallow. This last time I ordered and paid for it, it never arrived, although the site said it was delivered!! Be aware!

Easy to swallow and worked as a mosquito-deterent!

When my 4-year old son took a trip to Haiti with his father I gave him one of these every day for a month before he left. The result I was trying to get was avoidance of being bitten-up by malaria-causing mosquitoes. I've heard B-Complex can make you 'taste bad" to these little devil bugs. He got only 2 bites the whole time he was there. I don't know if it was the vitamin that did it but I was pleased nonetheless. This was also easy for him to swallow and he was so proud he'd learned to do it. I gave him applesauce or yogurt to swallow it with and it was easy for him to do.

NOT mini but will be ordering more

Good ingredients but "mini" is deceiving. I would say the tablets are about the size of an adult tylenol. Despite the shock when I saw the size I preceded to show my kids how to swallow a pill. The 5 and 3 year old are swallowing them fine, actually my 3 yr old is doing it w/o water but then needs food to chase it. my 2 year old who gags very easily is chewing them (she gags at that too) I'm sure they don't taste good but still she is taking them. We have been giving these to my 5, 3 and 2 year old for a little over a week. My purpose in giving the kids a b complex is mostly for insect repelling purposes. My 3 year old is already (at his young age) showing signs of OCD, a family problem, and I am hoping that the B will help with his anxiety.

I have already noticed less bites on the kids and they are always outside and where previously very chewed up. Too hard to say for sure if my OCD kiddo is benefiting from less anxiety yet. If I am able to say w/o a doubt that he is doing better I will try to update.
