Full of toxins - nutrients are synthetic

I purchase Megafoods regular supplements and love them - they are food sourced and contain no toxins. This on is all synthetic and everything but the spinach leaf is toxic. Extremely disappointed. You may wish to read, "The Truth About Vitamins" by Dr. Robert Theil, Phd. Most vitamins in supplements are derived from oil. Most of all forms of vitamin c, citric acid, are now made from fermented Monstanto GMO poisoned corn which makes them all sources of msg. Msg is an excitotoxin that destroys brain neurons - exciting them to death. It is in almost all packaged foods and is one of the causes for the ever increasing incidents of dementia. See Dr. Russell Blaylocks book, "Excitotoxins - the taste that kills."

I live in Sweden and have migraines and ordered it happily and quite expensively because I thought the chlelated Magnesium ...

Oh, so sorry about this one. I live in Sweden and have migraines and ordered it happily and quite expensively because I thought the chlelated Magnesium would be the best. Have been taking one or two doses a day as the naturopath said when having a migrain. But since I got it (now a little over two weeks ago) I have been sick...it started as a sore troat, and was like an infection in all my head so I thought I got a really really bad flu, and could't work or meet my friends. I was suprised since I usually have a supergood immun system and haven't gotten a cold or a flu in many years... when this didn't pass I talked to a relative who is a doctor and she said I might have sinusitis...I never wanted to even consider it coming from the magnesium, until I noticed that I definitely got worse after taking it in the morning after having woken up quite all right. So, now I am pretty sure I have a severe allergic reaction to this Magnesium. I don't know if its the citric acid or the magnesium itself. So sad by this, cause I thought it would help me but instead I think it made me sick and I lost two weeks of income as a freelancer not being able to work. Not a 100% sure though, but lets say 90, that the Magnesium - or the citric acid in it caused it. Also not having any sugar in my diet and dissapointed to realize that there is some sugar in citric acid :( so, dont recommend this one...

Contains Magnesium Oxide

The pics of the label do not show that it includes Magnesium Oxide, something I avoid. I paid extra for this brand and feel ripped off.

A feeling of wellness

I love this supplement. There are a few that I will always take and this is one of them. This magnesium (and I have tried several) just gives me a general feeling of wellness. I like to take it a few hours before I go to bed. It doesn't make me drowsy in the traditional sense, but it does enable me to go to sleep quickly. This has been an issue for me for years. Also, once asleep, I do stay asleep better.

but this one works great. For example

I have purchased this product twice, and purchase it again when I run out. I have tried another Mg product in the past, but this one works great. For example, I like to drink certain dessert tea drinks on occasions, but at times, the amount of caffeine does not settle well with me--gives me the jitters. If I take one Mg capsule, right after I feel the jitters, it takes a few minutes time for the jitters to subside. The Mg is relaxing, without leaving me in the slump or nor does it make me drowsy. On the other hand, if I take it close to bedtime, it will gradually relax me to the point where I'm comfortable in falling asleep. One other important thing that this brand, over another Mg brand, that doesn't negatively affect for me is bowel movements. It is gentle enough to be effective but not potent to make you run to the bathroom.

Relieved my leg cramps

On a recent Ocean Cruise I spoke with the nutritionist in the health spa and complained about my leg cramps at night while sleeping and she suggested that I try taking these Innate magnesium capsules that were available in the health spa. Suggested I take two in the evenings on an empty stomach a short while before going to bed.<br />I've suffered with severe nighttime leg cramps for quite a while but after about a week of taking the capsules my leg cramps have disappeared. What a relief I'm sticking with this brand that now buying through Amazon because it works for me.
