The Melatonin Dots are the best sleep aid without any side effects!<br />I was able to go off of Ambien by just taking Melatonin Dots!

Quality melatonin in a small dose is hard to find - harder still to find it in such small pills (or dots) without all the fillers found in other brands. I am absolutely thrilled with this product! The instructions do say to let dissolve under the tongue, but I swallow them whole and they seem to be just as effective. I have used melatonin on and off for about 15 years and I can honestly say that these are my favorite and the low dose is perfect. I am excited to try other supplements from this company.<br /><br />The bottle is disproportionately large and a bit wasteful, though from a production standpoint, absolutely understandable if all of your supplements are sold in the same size bottle. It would be awesome if these came a smaller glass vial or otherwise sustainable packaging.

Over the years, I've tried many different brands of melatonin. Mt. Angel is the best! Other brands I tried gave me nightmares. I prefer the &#34;dots&#34; over the capsules because 1 mg. does the trick for me, which is 1 &#34;dot&#34; of Mt. Angel melatonin. I highly recommend Mt. Angel melatonin to anyone who has trouble falling and staying asleep. I never want to be without Mt. Angel melatonin for it provides a deep and restorative night's rest.

I would take five of these at bedtime and I went from it taking me 2+ hours to fall asleep to being able to fall asleep within 30 minutes. These dissolve under the tongue, although they don't dissolve as easily as some other brands I've had it's not a problem for me as the product still works!

While I do think the melatonin works, the bottle is huge in comparison to the tiny little dots. But the worst part is that you are supposed to let the dots dissolve on your tongue and they don't...I always have to chew and they don't taste great.
