Rice flour is listed as the first ingredient in this product. The seller does not except returns so I am very disappointed. If you are on s low carb regimen do not take this product.

Good product; be aware it's only 1000 per pill; not 2000 total. I take one in the morning and one with magnesium at night. My levels are up nicely in six months time, and my mood is much better, usually not so much in the winter - plus I now work TWO basements below ground and miss my sunlight!

I acidentally ordered this vitamin d-3 & K-2 from Mk-4. I usually order K-2 from MK-7. I looked up in PUB MED if it was ok to take this. The information states there is no medical value in K-2 from MK-4. The recommended combination is D-3 & K-2 from Mk-7.
