Multiple empty capsules, no excuse at the price they are charging for these. As I used them, every few days I would get an empty capsule, once no big deal twice it happens but 5 or 6 ??? This was the last one I have found I wish kept the others...

I am on a low FODMAP diet. This formulation has no high FODMAP ingredients, unlike some other ones I used that worsened my symptoms. I did not realize it would make so much difference. If you suffer from IBS or IBS-like symptoms, look no further.

My ND recommended this product for me and I am sure it is a very good probiotic for her but it wasn't for me. I had no idea about the probiotic/histamine relationship and this one backfired on me. I developed histamine intolerance after I began taking it. Could be that this was something I was going to get anyway but it sure didn't help. I have been off of it for 2 days and feel much better already. Buyer beware with probiotics. Not all are good for everyone.

I like this priduct because it is stomach friendly. I had gas and cramoing the first two days (which is normal). But now I am fine. I needed a probiotic that is dairy free and aids in repopulating the good bacteria in my gut. I also like the affirdable price, the care in keeping the product cold in shipment and the reputation of Pure Encapsulations.

I love the product but I was a little worried about how well it tolerated the journey in the mail. By the time I received it the ice pack was warm an the item was not cold and appeared to not have been for some time. I am worried about the product quality due to not being kept cold.

I bought these to help with pimples. I'm in my late 30s and had never had a big problem with pimples or acne before, but about a year ago - before covid - I had been going to a couple of bars about once a week and I guess over a period of months the yeast from the alcohol coupled with the filthy glasses upset my gut bacteria, also I think stress played a role, along with food poisoning at Chipotle - which just recently dawned on me as being the thing that started the whole problem. It actually took me several months to figure this out, at first I reduced sugar from my diet, then I stopped drinking milk or eating cheese, then I started taking betaine hcl with pepsin pills, all of this was helpful but if I had just a piece of candy or a sip of milk then the next day I would have pimples on my face. Also helpful for reducing scars was Caudalie Vinoperfect serum, and TLC Framboos glycolic night serum; however, these only treat the symptoms not the cause. Eventually I realized the alcohol had caused the problem, so I stopped that, and I also figured I should try a probiotic.<br /><br />The internet was no help because if you look up acne treatment all they tell you to do is buy their face creams and acids, and wash your face more, but that is a lie, as the pimples had nothing to with not washing my face, the problem is gut bacteria.<br /><br />I bought these and the results came pretty much overnight. The only side effect I had was hard stool with mild constipation, but that only happened when I was taking them twice a day - I also took 3 pills a day a few times reasoning, "more is more" which I don't recommend. I haven't even finished the bottle but I'm back to where I was before the problem started.
