So helpful

Very helpful for knee and joint paint from my self diagnosed arthritis pain and stiffness. Only 60, but I notice the difference when I stopped taking this for a couple of days. So now I'm on a subscription purchase. Don't laugh.

Helps

This does help my arthritis. Stopped taking it for a while to see if helped and proved it did help. Makes my joints better for walking.

No improvement

I used this for osteoarthritis and found no relief after 3 months of taking it. I have one more bottle and have decided not to continue taking it and find no difference when I stopped. Very expensive, I will be writing the company.
