Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands.

Solid choice overall
Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Scoop was buried at the very bottom — minor, but annoying out of the gate.
