A little over a year ago I was diagnosed with arthritis on my spine & then recently I was given the news that I had rheumatoid arthritis in my hands & feet. The pain in my hands made everything difficult. Two friends recommended trying this because it worked for them. It has been such a blessing! It recommends taking 4 pills a day but after finally getting off of years of meds for other issues I am not big on taking many pills so I started with 3 a day. After a couple of days I realized that I barely felt any pain in my hands. Soon after, the back, hip & shoulder pain I had been so used to was gone too. A few months into taking this, I am now down to 2 pills a day & having little to no pain. The good part is that if I start to have pain late in the day, I can take another pill or two because I only started the day with 2. I have recommended this to two other friends for joint pain or arthritis.

I have had chronic joint issues and stiffness for many years as a result of a prior accident. Been using for 9 months and definitely has improved my knee joints. In the past I’ve had gel and cortisone injections. And was due for another round, but due to COVID I cancelled appt. I’ve used pain patches nightly for years, as well as Tylenol and occasionally pain meds at night when pain kept me awake and impacting my sleep. In the last month or so, I definitely noticed less pain, only taking Tylenol on occasion and using the pain patches less. I notice I need to take the full recommended dosage to get best results.
