No taste at all which is perfect to put a tablespoon in my morning coffee. Noticeable difference in the thickness & softness in my hair. It grows so quickly. I’ve been using this brand for a year now and tried others that didn’t compare with results and being flavorless.

Not sure why but this one didn’t give as many results. I gave it 3 stars because it was completely odorless and tasteless.
Product does not dissolve and is gooey, sticky, and not the exceptional product it use to be. I’ve been taking it for over a year. BlueBonnet has changed something in its formula. I am so disappointed. Had to return the last two that I have received.
