This is a great value! In comparison to how much Syntha 6 or other Casein mixes cost this is a better value. The taste is not great but its not bad I just chug it before I go to sleep. Does not upset my stomach at all and I am lactose dairy sensitive. Doesn't give me gas like other protein shakes either. I feel much better when I wake up when I drink two scoops of this before bed. This is going on my must have list.

Fantastic product! Does just what it says - I took 1 scoop before bed and I have felt significant difference in muscle recovery and fatigue the next day. The slow digesting proteins also ensured that my sleep is not affected or nor any other digestion related issues. Micellar casein is considered to be a good protein by many, and the formulation of the protein is such that it dissolves quickly in water even with a spoon and gives a very cereal type feel - so its filling to eat as well, and in case you are feeling hungry at around midnight, but not sure whether to eat something because of the fat/calorie content, this protein does the job.

This is my favorite for sure. I'm really not a big cookies and cream fan but the taste is awesome. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk and it tastes like vanilla cake batter!!!

Keeps me from waking up in hunger. Must with milk!

I've bought this before and liked it, but this was a bad batch. There are chunks of something insoluble in the powder that I get in every swig. It's like something between cardboard and rice. Switching to another brand, at least for now.

This powder taste ok. But it smells like coffee. Which i guess some people might like.
