Not for me, unfortunately
Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose.

Expected more for the price
Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.

Better than the name brands
