I have taken this Advanced Vitamin D personally for about 4 months now. Prior to taking this particular brand, I was taking other vitamins because I was so tired each day that I could barely keep my eyes open. Because of my IBS, I cannot digest dairy products and most veggies. Nothing worked until I found Dr. Cannells' Women Vitamin D among Purity Products list of great vitamins. My energy is back, I feel great, even my nails are strong. It also strengthen my hair and it grows faster than before! I noticed the change after a week of taking 2 Caps each day. Two of my friends now order this product because they noticed the difference in me and it has the same effect on both of them to the point where they have come over to borrow a couple of pills because they left them run out. For best results you must take every day, if you want to benefit and improve on your Vit D intake. I am on the 2 bottles/2 month plan which is cheaper than buying one at at time. I recommend this to any woman that need a bit more pep, energy great nails and flowing hair!

Not sure about this product yet. I will try to remember to come back and update. The dosage is 2 tablets to give you 5000 units of Vitamin D. I only take one tablet so this is going to last 60 days. There is a whole list of other ingredients. Lots of vitamin K and then mostly minerals. Not sure if this is a natural vitamin or not. I usually only take naturals but took a chance on these. I think it has additives and preservatives too. It's vegetarian though. I'm in florida. I shouldn't need vitamin D but something is going on in this country that keeps us all from absorbing our vitamins as we should. Hopefully this combo with minerals is the synergy needed.

pills too big hard to swallow

Love this product - I am vita D deficient and this product is helping to get me where I need to be. I was at a level 13 and after taking for 2 months I am up to 26. Excellent product.

I have been taking this for about two years and my vitamin D level is the best it has ever been. From 9 to 65.<br />I highly recommend this.

I can definitely tell a difference in my mood and energy when I take these. I've done other vit D and these do seem to work better
