How long does it take zinc to help tinnitus?<br />The authors conclude that regardless of blood zinc level being normal or low, the administration of zinc improved not only blood zinc level but also clinical disease. They think that improvement of tinnitus and even of hearing may increase significantly if zinc is given for 6 months or more......FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET....Why? I had to found out if it holds true to some extent...maybeeeeeee, I had been taking it for maybe 8, 9 days now at the same time, at night, spread the tablets maybe an hour and a half apart, and notice that the tinnitus had disappeared, cept for today, but it only lasted, maybeee 4 minutes I think and not the usual 45 or better. So that tells me that the continued use of zinc in this product is going to prove triumphant at some point,.... right. Not to mention the other benefits of this zinc in THIS FORMULA, I BETCHA, including a smooth tongue without all the white coating, look it up.

Been taking this for about six weeks.
