Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose.
No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid.
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.
The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all.
