I've taken bifidus BB536 via other brands. This one caused muscle twitching, due to the calcium carbonate added to the product. Why they put calcium in with a probiotic -- especially when none of the trials added calcium -- is beyond me.

One of the few probiotics that doesn't make me feel worse. Too soon to say if it works, but since it doesn't disagree with my system, I intend to continue taking it and see if it helps over time.

Probiotics were all dead. Couldn't make yogurt with hit and you can't send it back.

Do some research about bifidobacterium longum before try it, lastly do the ''try and error'' test, for some people could be useful, for others not so much. These probiotics should include a trial size format. The price is reasonable.

Product came highly recommended and seems to work well for that intended purpose.<br />Might help fix some IBS issues.
