Exactly what the product says it is.
Got this after I happened to pour boiling water all over my leg, and the doctor said I should use this on my newly healed skin. Exactly what the product says it is; no complaints. All the antibacterial ointment you could ever need, great for a first aid kit. According to my doctor this is better than the active ingredient in Neosporin, which will irritate your skin and make it red after prolonged use. Plus it's cheaper.

Great stuff! My doctor popped blister left me with ...
Great stuff! When my doctor popped the blister on top of my big toe, it turned into a red raw painful huge sore. (By the way, many doctors have warned me about not using Neosporin.) The doctor placed Bacitracin Zinc ointment on the wound first. Then he placed an occlusive gauze patch on top of the ointment. Finally, gauze was wrapped around the toe to keep all of this in place. By the way, I ordered Xeroform Occlusive Gauze Patch 2" x 2" on Amazon as well. I washed my foot and changed the dressing every other day. By day 13, my toe was finally healed and doctor explained that it was a rosy pink due to increased blood flow to the area. Since there were 4 tubes of Bacitracin Zinc, each tube cost $4.28. My family will share my purchase. One tube of Bacitracin Zinc is available on Amazon as well. Check it out.

Worked better for me than triple antibiotic
I was using triple antibiotic ointment on a cut that got infected but it got worse. My doctor said the Neomycin in triple antibiotic ointment can cause adverse reactions and he always recommended Bacitracin. Bacitracin is in triple antibiotic ointment, so you're still getting the antibiotic action. Once I stopped using the triple antibiotic and started using this, the infection went away and the cut healed up. I'll stick with plain Bacitracin in the future.

Good stuff
This works so much better than Neosporin that having a good supply like this is a good thing. Good price for so many tubes. Cuts heal over night with this as opposed to days with the Neosporin brand. I constantly have splits and cuts on my fingers and this is very soothing ointment and soaks in well. It is greasy when you put it on but absorbs pretty quickly in dry skin, I use it for winter dry hand problems.

Good product but ... not so good packaging
Those tubes of Bacitracin are very good for their usage. However the manufacturing of the tube leaves a bit to be desired. It will eventually crack at the base of the screw top, leading to the ointment leaking out through the crack when you squeeze the tube. Did I get a bad batch? Cannot tell of course since it is my first purchase. So I knocked off a star.

Im sure it works but...
Over Liquifies at room temperature if not used for a while.

Have to remember to squeeze the tube several time before opening it.

Same ingredients as name brand products for half the price.
