In today’s world supplements are so important. Solgar has always provided the highest quality products. I love the fact that this zinc comes in easily swallowed and easily absorbed capsules!
I started taking this and D3 in March 2020. I can’t say it’s the reason, but I haven’t gotten sick once since then, not even a cold.
