Saved my sleep!!
This definitely saved my sleep! I am pregnant with an extreme case of restless leg syndrome that was worst while lying in bed or when resting. I heard magnesium could help with that and it definitely helped me. I went from tossing and turning for four hours with no relief to sleeping through the night just fine. I have absolutely no trouble falling asleep at night. I take one pill in the morning and two before bed. I do not take them with my other vitamins as sometimes magnesium interferes with the absorption of other vitamins. I usually wait two hours between regular vitamins and the magnesium. I definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from restless leg syndrome. Cheers!!
