Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst.
Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.
The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.
No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.
Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past.
