Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.
