I showed these to my doctor and here was pleasantly surprised with the ingredients and said she would be recommending it more to other patients.

I will keep using this multivitamin because of all of its wonderful ingredients. No other brand of multivitamins contain as much B vitamins, as well as all the green/herbal blend. Plus its vegan.

Ordered it repeatedly, as its really a good combo of multivit and also vegan the best part, but they have increased their price about 30% which was sad . Hope they could lower the price to its previous pricing.

I literally cannot gush about this product enough! I appythat it is iron free, but the overall formula is superior to many of the otc brands available. Try a bottle of these vitamins ... you will not regret it.

They taste really bad

I usually get these vitamins with the iron, and ordered these by mistake. I had stopped taking my vitamins for about three or even four months and have been so tired and sleepy lately. As happens every time I stop taking them and start again, after two days I feel a marked difference. I eat a very healthy diet but I do feel that it is almost impossible to eat enough of a varied diet DAILY in order to get the vitamins that we need. It has now been a week and a half of taking them, and I feel like my old hyper self again....as though I am drinking an energy drink from the time I awaken to the time that I am winding down for bed. I work full time and also volunteer at a shelter, and I have an autoimmune disease that takes a lot of my energy and is financially and physically stressful, and I feel that this is my key to doing as well and as much as I do. Never stopping them again! Feeling great once again.
