I bought this for the first time late summer of last year, and it was great. They’ve since cheapened the formula. The flavor has changed, the consistency is considerably less viscous, and it now causes me immediate stomach upset. Also, there’s no comfort in the fact that the icon for the vitamin has now been dubiously switched to random screen protectors while still allowing you to purchase the vitamin. I would refrain from purchasing this vitamin, as the integrity of the product is questionable at the very least.

Truthfully, my preference is for a therapeutic liquid B complex with a dropper; however, I opted for this product when my preference was unavailable. I wanted a multi B complex WITH FOLATE. This was the one which met most of my criteria. Frankly, with respect to the taste, sometimes smell effects perception of taste more than actual taste...I think that may be the case with this product. However, for me the taste is palatable. Considering price, there is no comparison! This is much more economical than my usual choice and meets most of the criteria.<br />I would recommend it.

If you think you might be a little low in the family of vitamin B you will come to love the this syrupy neon yellow concoction that makes you feel so healthy. I suffer through the taste for the energy boost and alertness. The big spoon full in the am on an empty stomach is no problem.<br />The bottle is big and awkward but thats a natural result of the large size and great value. I will be re-ordering.<br />PS. My most recent order arrived broken like this pictured nightmare. It was a mess to clean up. Make sure you request them to send it in a box with bubble rap not a padded envelope. This was foolish to send in a padded envelope.

This stuff really helped me! I have either been pregnant or breastfeeding or both for the last 5 years and was getting sick all the time probably from vitamin depletion... The first day I got this stuff I felt like a fever was coming on (achy, tired, hot), so I took a spoonful and within 15 minutes all the symptoms vanished! After a month I still haven't gotten sick, which is amazing considering it is the middle of winter and I have two small children... Also, my 91 year old grandfather has been battling unknown hives for the last 6 months, I bought him this and he just called me to tell me he is finally seeing some improvement after going to doctors, allergists, etc....

As I have gotten older, I find it difficult to swallow those big horse pill vitamins. I also think that the liquid is much more digestible and gets into the blood stream a great deal faster. I make smoothies, so this is a good choice for me.

Flavor depends on what you expect. Its the usual vitamin taste. Its nasty to me but not unbearable if you've tasted liquid vitamins before. Its thick and definitely follow directions and take it with food. I take a tbsp in the morning because it boosts energy. Also helps my hair grow. Your urine will be yellow for awhile after but its normal. Drink lots of water afterwaed throughout the day.
