Lo recomiendo

He usado las cápsulas y me encanta porque fue lo único que me mejoró las uñas, pero además veo la diferencia en mi cabello que casi no se cae y me veo que hay mucho más cabello creciendo. Es la primera vez que he usado la crema hasta ahora veo la piel de la cara hidratada. Lo recomiendo para las uñas y cabello.

Collagen replenish kit

I like the capsules, finding them to be clearly helpful for cartilage health, particularly for lower limb joints. The cream was not as suitable for me, probably because it was not compatible with my skin type. I require non-comedogenic products for my face, and this cream is clearly not. Consequently, I was unable to use it long enough to assess its usefulness in replenishing collagen in the skin.
