Far superior to the oxide form

This is my favorite magnesium formulation. 500 mg in 1 capsule. I take only one before bed. Hans Nieper rocks!

Recommended by my nutritionist

This is an unusual form of Magnesium which my nutritionist recommended to me. I often purchase it on Amazon and find it to be a quality product. I'm not sure why this form is for me and can't say that it is for everyone or that it is superior to other forms. It has helped me with a B1 deficiency. I also take Mag Threonate at bedtime to help me sleep.

Not a fan of taking supplements but you totally need Magnesium to

I buy their lithium orotate and it helps with a subtle mood stabilizer. It's not clinical grade or prescribed but that what ai like about this brand. You are getting quality ingredients.
