This product is by the company called NOW. They have an ingredient called natural flavor which contains msg. I actually called the company to ask and they told me there was no msg in the product. I am only allergic to glutamate (from msg), but they don't have to label it as such any more. They can use the catch-all label "natural flavors" or natural something flavor to hide a bunch of chemicals including msg. Thank you US government for being bought-and-paid for. Anyhow, I reacted terribly to this product which otherwise would have been a wonderful supplement. And just for some un-needed flavoring. Evidently because they are too thrifty to use real extracts. Look at your bottles. It's everywhere. Just a bunch of chemicals. They get away with it because they can.

Best oral probiotic with the most sane ingredients for the money and Amazon has the cheapest price compared to other online retailers that are selling the same product for at least $24.00 with an option to pay a bit extra to get it shipped with an ice packet because it is heat sensitive. I recommend if you are buying from Amazon to get it shipped fast or order during the winter to preserve the freshness and effectiveness of product since there is no option to get it shipped with an ice pack without contacting the seller to ask.<br /><br />I love the fact that this the only oral probiotic on the market that I have found that has the sweetener Xylitol, which is in Spry Chewing Gum, and a plethora of natural oral care products now because it has been clinically proven to help reduce the risk of tooth decay and improve overall oral health. The other oral probiotic brands use sweeteners like sucralose AKA Splenda, fructose, stevia, Aspartame, etc. Anyway I bought this product a week ago because I was impressed with the reviews, which should be a 100%, but one idiot gave this product a one star review for the wrong product that should have been Now OralBiotic™ - 60 Lozenges, which is cheaper and not as good as this product in my opinion. I also wanted to see if this product could help help speed up the healing of my teeth and gums because I had bad painful mouth ulcers and signs of gum disease that I might need to get gum surgery. I went to dentist today to checkup on my gums and my dentist was impressed how fast my gums had healed in just a week. He even told me I may not need to get gum surgery after all. Wow, before I bought this product I could barely brush my teeth for 2 minutes because of the pain. I truly believe this product helped save my teeth and gums. I was struggling to brush my teeth and gums this week, so I am glad this product helped me.

This is essentially a probiotic for your mouth. My naturopath suggested this product to me - I was having an issue with my tongue - experiencing something called "geographic tongue" and overall discomfort. Kind of a "white, fuzzy coating" on my tongue (not candida) and the sensation of dry mouth. It was really, really uncomfortable. I experienced relief after the first lozenge. After the initial "three times a day" I now take one every morning and my tongue is a normal, healthy pink and the discomfort is gone. This stuff is pretty amazing and I highly recommend it.
