An inexpensive, healthy drink
I keep these at home, at work, and in my purse because 30 cents for a quality, healthy drink, is cheap.<br />Super orange: 25 calories, 5 grams of sugar<br />Raspberry 25 calories, 5 grams of sugar<br />Tropical: 25 calories, 6 grams of sugar<br />It contains 24 nutrients with antioxidants, electrolytes, and 7 B Vitamins.<br /><br />I mix this with a full glass of water and sweeten it with stevia. (I love the Better Stevia here on Amazon.)<br />Emergen-C has a solid vitamin and mineral content with lots of B and C vitamins, a comprehensive mineral content, and an added boost of quercitin make it a pretty solid choice.
