Meriva or BCM-95 are the Tumeric products that reasearch has determined to be the right products for fighting chronic pain issues. I have tried a few other products that fell short. Trial and error+research has lead me to Meriva and BCM-95. I am taking this Meriva from Source Naturals(Good brand) and I am starting to feel better after 7days. I have many complex chronic pain issues that all interleave and make life miserable on a daily basis. Honestly, this Meriva(patented tumeric) is the only tumeric product that has put a dent in my arthritis+myofacial pain. Please do your research. You need at least 500mg or more of Meriva or BCM-95 to even put a dent in your inflammation. Dont be fooled by fancy labels and miraculous reviews. Stick to 500mg+ of Meriva or BCM-95 tumeric products. This source naturals is a good one. "Thorne" is another.

This stuff is great. I was curious after hearing Dr. Rhonda on JRE say it's great for inflammation. I've been taking this product for 3 months now and barley feel any back pain or stiffness in the neck. I take one capsule a day. If I'm feeling any pain I'll take two right away and the pain goes away pretty quickly. I've been dealing with degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my neck for about 8 years. This product works for me. I haven't taken ibuprofen in months I used to take it almost everyday.

Turmeric has been very helpful in relieving pain and inflammation. It has reduced healing time from the various injuries I have from tennis and sports, especially tennis elbow and knee pain. I have recommended it to over 10 people and everyone has come back and said it has worked for them. It is amazing. I have taken up to 6 tablets at a time for severe pain, but have had relief with two tablets for minor aches. I haven't had any side effects, but make sure to take with food.

Like many of the other comments on here, I've had increasing pain in my joints (mainly my knees). It was strange because it seemed to occur suddenly. I have been working out more to lose weight, but I've never experienced knee pain like this. I have been taking hemp oil 2x daily for arthritis in two toes (the result of serious breakage). That has been working great for my feet, but not so much for my knees.<br />I just happen to be an IT specialist for a large medical practice and while I was in working on one of our natural medicine doctor's PC, I saw a couple bottles of Turmeric on his desk. By last week, I have noticed that my knees don't hurt as much when I first get up in the morning, and there's not much pain during the day. I'm going to keep using it to see if the pain relief continues.<br /><br />It's been almost a month now and I'm so pleased. I just trotted up the steps this morning and smiled because my knees didn't hurt. I need to add that I've also added Glucosamine, so the combination of the two is a huge help.<br /><br />UPDATE: After a few months of taking this and noticing a big reduction in the pain in my knees, I'm totally sold on this product. But, the test actually came recently when I stopped taking it. I was on a medication for an issue and my doctor told me to stop taking any unnecessary supplements because they could affect the potency of the prescription med. The RX she prescribed was for two weeks. My knee pain returned while not taking Turmeric. My part time job in the evenings has me on my feet from 6 to 10 hours. The following mornings, I can barely walk when I first get out of bed. But, I'm now back using this twice a day and the pain is once again greatly reduced.

Price has almost doubled since Fall 2017. I think they are reading the reviews and gauging the rest of us who have been loyal to this product. Time to see what other product works. C'mon Source Naturals!

This supplement has done wonders for my husband and I. There have been a couple times we have run out or forgotten to take it for a few days, and boy do you notice the difference. We both suffer from arthritis and sometimes it makes it difficult to function 100% throughout the day. When we are taking this twice a day, however, the difference is amazing. Of course, nothing to my knowledge is going to make ALL the aches and pains disappear, but this is as close as it comes in our opinion. We adamantly recommend this product.
