I saw Align advertised on TV and decided to give it a try. It comes in boxes with four blister packs each containing a weeks supply and marked with the 7 days of the week. I found Align very beneficial after taking it for a few months. When I went to a drug store to buy more I found the drug store had their own supposedly identical brand which was much cheaper so I bought three months supply. Over the next three months the beneficial effects gradually decreased and I decided to go back to the brand name product. I found the five pack of Align on Amazon.com to be the most economical and ordered 2 so I have almost a year's supply and don't have to worry about running out.

I've used this product periodically, and I have to say it's better than vitamins at boosting the immune system through maximizing the positive digestive bacteria. Gotta say I love the packaging and the fact it doesn't need refrig. So, it is ideal for travel and pre-loading my pill packs. I have used other high end brands bought from the refrig section of my health food store. I basically have no gut issues so it's hard to say if it is working, and I couldn't see a difference when taking the other brands either. Initially I used Align every day, now every other day. Thought of using it one week on, one week off, but decided instead on alternate days. I know intestinal/digestive health is important, so I don't want to chance not taking it. Price was right and shipping fast. Would give it five stars if I could really feel a difference. I guess I should just be thankful everything is working smoothly in that department.

My doctor gave me some align samples. It works. So much of our diet can kill the natural bacteria we need and depend on. Purchasing from Amazon was a cost effective way to load up on five months at a time. Now I don't worry about going to the store to pickup something that makes me healthier. I highly recommend.
