I've been looking for an MSM that passes what I consider a quality organic sulfur test: it dissolves immediately in water. This has gone above and beyond my expectations. By mixing no more than 1/2 teaspoon in a glass each day, my skin has improved; my hair and nails are growing steadily; my knees hurt less; and I just feel better overall. I have no problems remembering to take this and will continue to do so.

Ive used this to mix in with different conditioners and leave ins to promote hair growth. I can honestly say its working! I sometimes add it into drinks for added sulfur intake. My nails have gotten longer and Ive noticed my eczema(super dry skin) is getting better. You cant over do it, which is the best part:) Its very healthy for you and I'll make sure if I decide to purchase a daily multi-vitamin MSM is a MUST ingredient.

Seems to be helping, although to be fair, I've changed a lot of factors in my life recently. But there has been virtually no knee pain anymore!

Much more effective in powder form than in caps. The problem w/ caps is that the Capsules material used is more harmful (since no one really knows how they are made). I mix the needed daily amount with just water or natural juices...no sugars please! Great for health, great for life. Keep producing the good stuff.
