The bf has chronic digestive tract issues (he shows signs of leaky gut but hasn't been officially diagnosed) and this taken regularly with a combination of good probiotics (90 billion/15 strains), Undecylenic Acid, Fermented Ginger and Oil of Oregano has minimized reactions significantly. He's lactose intolerant and even seems to be able to process cross contamination situations better than with lactaid. Definitely recommended if you have IBS, constant indigestion or other digestive issues.

I have a super weak sensitive stomach. No dairy or gluten, but not any more. Let me be straight up with you. I have the poop-shoots (diarrhea) at least once or twice a week, I fart all the time, my wife hates it! And I have severe anxiety at times. These helped tremendously with all of these. I no longer get the poop-shoots, unless I'm sick, I don't fart nearly as much, less strain on the marriage, and my anxiety levels have decreased, sure I still get it sometimes but no where near as bad, unless I forget to take the pills. Also I've been taking these for about 3 months now. Symptoms improved right away for me though.

Check with your doctor before buying, "do you really need it". I started taking this after a Doc Oz episode. 12 days into it, i developed a fever of 103, called my family doc, went into see him, he did blood work, and urine culture. I developed a UTI, my 1st ever, and for males, UTI's are uncommon. I forgot to tell my family md, about the raw enzymes not thinking this would cause it. When the cultures came back, the bug that was in my urine, should only be in my digestive track. (I'm an RN) I showed the infections disease doctor at work, gave her the complete story, she said 1. Stop taking the enzymes, and 2. Stop watching Dr oz. , that this enzymes caused the normal flora to become super charged and spread into my urinary track. This may be something specific to me, but one should check with there health care provider before starting something new, even it it's a vitamin.

Purchased this for my husband whom suffers from chronic pancreatitis. The Rx medication either doesn't work or makes him sicker so we thought we'd give a natural option a try. You take a pill with every meal, it's a standard size supplement pill. So far hubby has had no negative side effects and his pancreatitis seems to be under control. Hubby likes that these help him digest food properly and don't make him nauseous or give him diarrhea like the Rx pills do. I like that the are natural and from a brand I trust and use for other supplements. After ordering these I ordered the women's version to see if they would help with minor dairy digestion issues and so far I'm impressed! Good job on this one!
