I am severly vitamin D definicient and just now dropped from 10,000 iu's to 2,000 a day. I purchased this vitmain bc I have used the brand in the past and I absorbed it well. With that said, I got this specific pill instead of the gel ones bc of delivery date. I loathe taking these pills! They are small but get caught in my throat every time! If you are fine taking pills, then this wont be a problem for you, but for people like me who stink at it, the shape of these are tough. I recommend the same brand, but the gel coated!

I buy this vitamin cause I was told is better but organic stuff come with high price tag, hope Metagenics makes it affordable for low income & middle class families.
