I use this occasionally at night if I have a lot of muscle pain due to over exertion or fibromyalgia pain. It is a great combination of muscle relaxant and also helps you fall asleep fast. I also use it when I travel to help me fall asleep.
I wake less frequently during the night when I take this. No side effects.
