So far so good

My naturopath recommended I start this supplement to assist with more restful sleep by reducing nightmares. I have not noticed a huge impact yet, but there are no negatives, no side effects and I have experienced a reduced instance of nightmares. Looking forward to seeing more progress.

No additional fillers

I've taken other versions of SAM E in the past and none of those were as good as this product. I'm convinced it's the lack of fillers. I can tell that it's pure.

Great for Sleeping

Have not tried it long enough to experience the Sam-e impact on my moods but does put me to sleep well.
