I bought Mag64 for my daughter, age 27, who was detoxing at home from a Meth addiction. She was experiencing psychosis, severe anxiety and panic attacks, hallucinating, crying all the time, extreme irritability, screaming...it was a nightmare! She was like this for about 4 days straight. I took her to the ER and all they did was give her two IV bags of fluid for dehydration and recommended that she go to Rehab. Anyone with muscle cramps will find this helps decrease them immensely !!<br />Because of a range of heart medications I got muscle cramps~ but they almost disappeared<br />after use of this wonderful product!

Finally a comparable generic for the brand name magnesium chloride. My mother has a serious magnesium deficiency, and her doctor has her on magnesium chloride supplements. With insurance not paying for supplements or any over the counter meds, her out of pocket costs are rising. Magnesium chloride is far more absorbable than other forms of magnesium supplements but its also more expensive. Paying for brand name on a long term basis really adds up. We've been using this generic form for over 6 months, and based on her symptoms, its working as well as the brand name.

I've used this product for years because I suffer from RLS and on my chiropractor's advice gave it a try. I found that mag. chloride will relieve my RLS in about 20 minutes.
