Felt overpriced once I did the math on cost per dose. Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle.

Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore.

Decent, with a couple of caveats
Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks.

Disappointed after a full bottle
Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend. Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.

Decent, with a couple of caveats
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.
