A great way to get real Vitamin A.

I just take one per week (every Sunday), and that's enough retinol/A for the week -- unless one is battling a cold, flu, or infection, in which case one can take it daily for a few days. The capsules are small, and have had no fishy burps after. Carlson has a good reputation. Will re-order.
