Helps Our Entire Family with Cold Prevention (& helps me battle mild depression)
I take Vitamin D to build my immune system (common cold prevention) and to combat depressive tendencies. I actually first found Carlson's "A & D" on the shelf of a Grocery store in Colorado four years ago. Have been using it for myself and my family ever since. We have all noticed it's effectiveness in preventing colds (when taken at the 1st sign of a cold). And I find it helps slightly to reduce my depressive symptoms. Not sure why Carlson combined the "D" with vitamin A - cannot find research supporting this. But because this brand & combo with A works so well for us, we're sticking with it!

No after taste!<br />Easy to swallow!<br />Easy to digest as it doesn't sit in the stomach!<br />Good price for a quality price!
