This is my favorite melatonin. Others leave us groggy, but not this one. 1 mg. does the trick!

Multiple uses for this effective supplement!!!!
Would not intentionally quit taking as it’s made sleep deeper in light of fibromyalgia issues that interferes with quality sleep.<br /><br />In addition, it is our “go to” for separation anxiety, thunderstorms, and fire crackers on holidays as our dogs are terrified of loud sounds. Dosage is 1 mg per 25 pounds for our fur babies. Within 30 to 45 minutes of taking, they are calm and resting if not sleeping on their beds. It works!<br /><br />Money spent on thunder shirts was a waste for us.

Quality melatonin
I love the small-sized capsules - very easy to swallow. This helps me sleep better when I need it. Will buy again!

I trust the Life Extension brand.
I use melatonin every night. I like having the option of adding 1 mg. I prefer the kind I can swallow.
