Excellent product

This is a new product on the market. I first discovered it at the Chicago Health Freedom Expo in June and chatted with the owner, Tera. She spent mucho bucks (millions) on her Wisconsin green factory and seems like a very ethical person. I really hope she does well. Lots of other flavors: Bourbon Vanilla, Blueberry, Wolfberry, Acai Berry and even a Goat Whey Pomegranate. You can also get a box of individual packets. One posting mentions a concern about the fact it is mostly whey concentrate although it does also contain whey isolate. Unless you are lactose intolerant, it's not worth the extra cost of a pure whey protein isolate. Whey concentrate has all the benefits of isolate and most studies on whey were done on concentrates. Isolates do have a bit higher protein(5-10% maybe)but Tera's products also contain isolates and have 21 grams per serving. Also many whey protein products are not always rbgh free so check labels. The dark chocolate and Vanilla are my favorite. I react poorly to several whey proteins on the market - this one honestly makes me feel good.

Best protein powder there is!

This is by far the best protein I have tasted. I used Muscle Milk before and it had a list of over 30 different ingredients and it was thick and taste was OK. Tera's Whey is light, smooth and delicious. It only has 4 ingredients and it being organic and from grass fed cows you cannot beat this stuff!

Contains Toxins & You can’t return!

Do Not Buy or Waste your money! False ad! Don’t be deceived by the title Grassfed! It contains toxins and they didn’t put it with the ingredients. They don’t show it in the image of the product and worst of all you can’t return it!!! This is bad!

Delicious!

Excellent Organic Protein Powder without regular sugar. Yummy chocolate flavor. You can put a whole salad worth of spinach in a blender with unsweetened almond or pea milk, a banana and fresh ground organic peanut butter for a filling and delicious shake. Great after working out or as a meal replacement sometimes. I still need organic animal protein in my diet daily.

Note: Certain sellers on here have tried to send me the non-organic version and tried to say they changed the packaging. 😐. I called Amazon and promptly got a refund. Other sellers send me exactly what I ordered and it’s much cheaper than Whole F**ds so worth it to order on here.

Unfortunately they do not always send the correct item. Just happened again and I ordered 5. It was shipped from two different sellers and both sent the non-Organic version. 😕

Better luck with potting soil!

I tried Tera's Whey on a whim. I drink a lot of protein daily and have tried several brands. I bought a single serve packet impulsively while I was at New Seasons Market in Portland. It mixed with water well enough, but tastes like potting soil with a horrid Stevia aftertaste. I took one small sip, came to this conclusion and was dumb enough to try another sip. $3 poured right down the drain. Fair trade and organic doesn't mean anything if the product is undrinkable.

Pretty Gross

I am happy that this product is organic, and I don't really object to paying for superior ingredients, but this stuff is awful. Doesn't taste like chocolate at all and has a very weird aftertaste. I don't understand all the great reviews. I normally don't post reviews -- especially not bad ones -- but someone has to speak up. Healthy? Yes. Taste great? Absolutely not. Undrinkable. Plus, super thin. Yuck!
